CLIENT FOUND NOT GUILTY OF MULTIPLE CRIMINAL CHARGES

Recently, an NC woman found herself facing quite a bit of trouble when she was charged with the following criminal offenses:
  • Driving while impaired (DWI)
  • Felony assault on a law enforcement officer
  • Two counts of assault on law enforcement officers
  • Resisting arrest
Law enforcement who was involved with the woman’s arrest alleged that she was impaired and attacked multiple police officers by striking one with a vehicle and fighting/injuring two others.
